It is IMPORTANT to complete step 4 by uploading or emailing proof of your vaccines.
You will NOT be placed into a class until we receive your vaccines.
Step 1: Complete Training Information Form

Step 3 Create a K9 Kampus Client Portal
In your Client Portal, Enter your credit card information into our safe and encrypted server. After we receive your vaccines in Step 4 we will send you a text or email message requesting your permission to run the card you provided in your portal for the cost of the class. After we process your card in your portal for the class you can delete the card from your file, if you would like.
K9 Kampus does not have access to your entire account number we will only ever see the last 4 digits and the expiration date.
Step 4 Provide Proof of Required Vaccines

Required Vaccines: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella & Canine Influenza
Vaccines must be on Veterinarian labeled paperwork with no hand written information
Dog name and parent/owner name must be listed correctly on the paperwork. If your dog is a rescue please have vaccine paperwork updated correctly before submitting.
Once all forms are completed, vaccines have been received and payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email stating you have been added to the class.
