K9 Kampus Cancellation Policy

At K9 Kampus we strive to make the reservation process as smooth as possible.  To ensure our guests that they will have a suite available to them we require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit to secure a suite. We require the deposit because we  have limited boarding suites and to guarantee a suite for those guests that are sure they want to board with us.  We would prefer not to take a reservation unless you are absolutely sure you want to board with us during the timeframe you have designated.

Because making a reservation removes a suite from the available list we have to turn guests away when we are full.By canceling your reservation we have potentially lost a boarder for that suite.

 This is why our cancellation policy does not refund your deposit but applies your deposit towards your K9 Kampus account to use for future boarding stays with us providing you have canceled within 72 hours of your stay.


If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your stay you forfeit your deposit for that boarding stay completely.
